1. Services
Axix provides subscription-based B2B SaaS only — cloud software accessed via login credentials. Products include Axix HCM (HR, payroll, attendance), Agentic ERP, Axix IDP (document processing), Axix Visitor (visitor management), CyberDragon security modules, and other platform components described on our website. Features and limits vary by plan. Enterprise implementation packages are separate engagements and are not included in standard self-serve checkout unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Business model (software subscriptions)
Online checkout on axixtechnologies.com is for recurring B2B software subscriptions and usage-based software tiers (e.g. per employee, per document page, per visitor check-in). Registry, company intelligence, and workflow features are licensed software capabilities for the customer's own B2B operations. Customers must use our platforms in compliance with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws.
3. Account registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and billing information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
- Ensure you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
4. Free trial
Where offered (e.g. Axix HCM 7-day trial), trials provide limited-time access without payment unless stated otherwise. One trial per organization/email may apply. At trial end, access may be suspended until a paid plan is selected.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as displayed at checkout (e.g. monthly per employee, per page volume, or per plan tier). Prices may change with reasonable notice. Card payments may be processed by Paddle or another Merchant of Record (MoR), who may appear on your card statement and handle tax invoicing where applicable. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or overload systems.
- Upload malware or infringe third-party intellectual property.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform output as standalone marketing lists or consumer contact databases.
- Use biometric or employee data without lawful basis and workforce consent required in your jurisdiction.
7. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Axix a limited license to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide the services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer data and for obtaining necessary consents from your employees and users.
8. Intellectual property
Axix retains all rights in the platform, software, documentation, trademarks, and AI models. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our technology to you. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during an active subscription.
9. Availability and support
We target high availability for cloud services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect availability. Standard plans include product documentation and email assistance for the subscribed software. Custom deployment packages are available under separate written agreements.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Axix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may cancel subscriptions according to your plan settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases; export provisions may apply before data deletion.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
